Wednesdays:

4:30pm ~ Yin Yoga with Sam (first Wednesday) 75 min

All other Wednesdays ~ All Levels with Deb 60 min

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga    75 min  (Deb)

5:30pm ~ All Levels Yoga    75 min  (Sarah)

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga   75 min
