5:30pm ~ Yin Yoga      75 min  (Katherine)

Wednesdays:  

4:30pm ~ Flow Yoga      75 min (Sam)

(First Wednesday of each month is Yin Yoga)

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga    75 min  (Deb)

5:30pm ~ All Levels Yoga    75 min  (Sarah)

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga   75 min
