Mondays:

4:30pm ~ Hatha Yoga 101     (Sarah)

 

Tuesdays:

9:30am ~ Beginner Yoga     (Deb)

 

Wednesdays:  

4:30 ~ All Levels Yoga   (Deb)

~~First Wednesday of each month is Yin Yoga~~

 

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga    (Deb)

5:30pm ~ Hatha Yoga Flow   (Sarah)

 

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga

(During June, July and August there is only one scheduled class, as noted below.)

9:30am ~ July 14 ~~ Essential Yoga by Terrie King  — (90 min class)

Saturday morning yoga with an option to use the essential oils that would best compliment your practice.  Please come and enjoy!!
