4:30pm ~ Hatha Yoga 101     (Sarah)

 

Tuesdays:

9:30am ~ Beginner Yoga     (Deb)

5:30pm ~ Focused Flow Yoga  (Katherine)

 

Wednesdays:  

4:30 ~ All Levels Yoga   (Sam)

~~First Wednesday of each month is Yin Yoga~~

 

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga    (Deb)

5:30pm ~ Hatha Yoga Flow   (Sarah)

 

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga
