Wednesdays:  

4:30 ~ All Levels Yoga   (Sam)      (90 min class)

~~First Wednesday of each month is Yin Yoga~~

 

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga    (Deb)

5:30pm ~ All Levels Yoga   (Sarah)

 

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga
