9:30am ~ Beginner Yoga     75 min (Deb)

5:30pm ~ Vinyasa Flow Yoga  90 min (Sam)

 

Wednesdays:  

4:30 ~ All Levels Yoga   90 min (Sam)

~~First Wednesday of each month is Yin Yoga~~

 

Thursdays:

9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga   75 min (Deb)

5:30pm ~ All Levels Yoga   75 min (Sarah)

 

Saturdays:   9:30am ~ All Levels Yoga  90 min

2/02 ~~ Sam

2/09 ~~ Terrie

2/16 ~~ Sam
